Want to lose weight?

So me and my friend Naomi really want to lose some weight and tone up, which I think is sooo hard with all the temptations such as McDonalds, Chinese takeaways, and the fact I love carbs does not help. So I've been browsing the internet high and low looking for the perfect miracle solution to weight loss, and to be quite frank there isn't any!! We all want to look like Megan fox with her amazing toned body or Lucy Mecks amazing stomach, but it comes at a price! The price is, alot of time, hard work, and dedication!!

Don't starve yourself, because as soon as you start eating normal you will pile on the pounds as quick as you lost them!!! If you have a chocolate addiction dont just cut it out completely because you will resent your diet and wont stick to it, everyones allowed to be naughty every now and then, it just means extra sit ups and some extra squats!! Just cut out the crap everyday and start eating healthier! Every little helps!

If you want to lose weight you need to do some cardio, get your heart pumping, start off maybe with just 15 minutes a day and then build yourself up each day. And then do a bit of resistance work for toning, so start with 30 sit ups a day, 30 squats. Then work your way up everyday! All you have to do is take 30 minutes out of your day to start noticing a difference!

Make sure you stretch properly and warm down. I learnt the hard way and couldnt walk for a week!!!

Only you can change what your not happy with and sitting on your bum complaining wont do anything :) Happy losing weight guys!!!
