Want to lose weight?

So me and my friend Naomi really want to lose some weight and tone up, which I think is sooo hard with all the temptations such as McDonalds, Chinese takeaways, and the fact I love carbs does not help. So I've been browsing the internet high and low looking for the perfect miracle solution to weight loss, and to be quite frank there isn't any!! We all want to look like Megan fox with her amazing toned body or Lucy Mecks amazing stomach, but it comes at a price! The price is, alot of time, hard work, and dedication!!

Don't starve yourself, because as soon as you start eating normal you will pile on the pounds as quick as you lost them!!! If you have a chocolate addiction dont just cut it out completely because you will resent your diet and wont stick to it, everyones allowed to be naughty every now and then, it just means extra sit ups and some extra squats!! Just cut out the crap everyday and start eating healthier! Every little helps!

If you want to lose weight you need to do some cardio, get your heart pumping, start off maybe with just 15 minutes a day and then build yourself up each day. And then do a bit of resistance work for toning, so start with 30 sit ups a day, 30 squats. Then work your way up everyday! All you have to do is take 30 minutes out of your day to start noticing a difference!

Make sure you stretch properly and warm down. I learnt the hard way and couldnt walk for a week!!!

Only you can change what your not happy with and sitting on your bum complaining wont do anything :) Happy losing weight guys!!!

How to get rid of Spots

In school I was unlucky and suffered with bad skin, where I had to go to the doctors and be prescribed creams etc.

It does sting alot and smells really strong, but it does work wonders! If you are going on a night out then I would put it on the night before and the next day make sure you wash your face to get rid of the strong smell.

Also Sudocrem if you apply a thin layer all over your face or just where the spot is, before you go to bed. It does dry your skin out so make sure you do it before you fake tan and not after, wash it off and lightly exfoliate the dry skin and moisturize. right ladies and gents, i no how hard it is to find a good quality hair dresser, and I do have a slight phobia of hairdressers as my hair has been ruined in the past. so wen i got highly recommended a fantastic hair dresser i booked up as soon as i could. I even travelled an hour and a half in the car as finding the perfect hair dresser for me is very important! and let me tell you the hour and a half drive to kent was well worth the finishing results, my hair feels and even looks thicker, it is without the doubt the best cut I have ever had. my boyfriend also got his hair cut and its the best i have ever seen his hair. so all girls and boys from essex, kent area this hairdresser is coming highly recommended from me the biggest perfectionist and picky person ever! the salon is called Raw in Orpington High St which can only describe as the All Saints version of a Hair Salon, this is the hair salon to be seen at. the hair dresser i saw is called Mark Fredrikson! you wont be dissapointed!!!! call 01689 638535 to book an appointment!!

Bum implants and the magic padded knickers

With the growing need for us girls to look perfect, and look like the celebrities we look up to. The latest craze is of course its the magic padded knickers, to turn a flat non existent bum into the perfection of J-Los rear, I'm not sure how amazing they actually are, but I would say they are probably the best invention made for girls since the padded bra, which I am a massive fan of, as I wasn't blessed with massive boobies, but luckily I did get the big bum. The poor men out there who pull a girl on a night out now days, its like buying a bag of crisps and then when you open the packet finding it empty! I think the next thing that should be made is padded boxers for the less endowed men out there. Anyway back to the point...... as we see on TOWIE, Chloe Sims is a fan of these knickers and is actually going to undergo surgery for her to have the perfect rear and be more confident with her body. My smokey eyes

I have been asked by a few people to upload on my blog how I do my smokey eyes, so when I get time I will upload a tutorial video of step by step. In the picture below the make up I used was the Famous make up Brand, I mentioned in my blog yesterday, I didnt use any glittery eyeshadow on my eyes only matte.
